He is an established and highly experienced IT Technician with over 10 years of fixing various problems with computers behind him.
He holds many different IT certifications and has worked for Apple, Microsoft, HP and Shell IT in IT capacities.
He is Microsoft Certified for Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista and 7. He is also certified for Office XP, Office 2003, Office 2007 as well as Office 2010.
He is Apple Certified for OS X. He also has certification in iWork and iLife. He has worked extensively with Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro. He also holds Microsoft Office for Mac certification, for Office 2004, Office 2008 and Office 2011.
Currently he is a full time trainer in the IT and Management fields. He provides training across Malaysia, South East Asia and South Asia.

RM20, non-negotiable to perform an inspection of your computer and to determine what exactly is wrong.
Install/Reinstall Operating Systems: RM80
Viruses/Spyware/Malware Clean: RM80
Installing New Hardware: RM50
Setting Up Internet/WiFi: RM50 - RM80
Troubleshooting Software Issues: RM80 per hour
Troubleshooting Hardware Issues: RM80 per hour
